Week 11 · Light in the Shadows
Gently uncovering root wounds with grace
This is sacred ground. We're about to gently explore a place in your heart that may hold pain. You are not alone in this—Jesus walks with you.
Opening Prayer
Lord, I invite You into this space. Help me to see what You want to heal. Give me courage to look at my wounds, and grace to receive Your love. I trust that You are gentle and that You are good. Amen.
Which of these wounds resonates with something you've carried? Choose the one that stirs something in your heart right now.
Read these slowly. Let them speak to the place that hurts.
Take your time with these questions. Write as much or as little as feels right.
