Week 11 · Light in the Shadows

Healing the Wound

Gently uncovering root wounds with grace

🕊️

Before We Begin

This is sacred ground. We're about to gently explore a place in your heart that may hold pain. You are not alone in this—Jesus walks with you.

Remember: You can pause at any time. There is no rush. Healing happens in God's timing, and His grace meets you exactly where you are.

Opening Prayer

Lord, I invite You into this space. Help me to see what You want to heal. Give me courage to look at my wounds, and grace to receive Your love. I trust that You are gentle and that You are good. Amen.

Bringing It to the Lord

A Prayer for Healing

You have done holy work today. Even naming the wound is an act of courage. God sees you. He honors your bravery. And He is already at work, bringing healing to the places you've opened to Him.

Remember: Healing is a journey, not a single moment. Be gentle with yourself in the days ahead. You are seen. You are known. You are loved.
